FROZEN VEGETABLES OPTICAL INSPECTION MACHINE
The second generation of the Foreign Bodies optical inspection machine (VT-FB430), improves the Viewtech offer.
The sorter machine designed to identify foreign bodies in frozen vegetables, has successfully installed in South Italy.
The machine has been created to automate the quality control in frozen vegetables packaging companies. The design of the machine makes possible the installation in the packaging line, just before the packaging station. This is the ideal position to identify (and then, discard) any foreign bodies included in the frozen vegetable.
As the other viewtech solutions, VT-FB430 is, above all, a sorter machine equipped with a machine vision system. Then, this technology allow to identify foreign bodies no matter the dimension, the material, the shape or the colour.
In this second generation of frozen vegetables optical inspection machine, we included a lot of new technical solutions; the resulted configuration improve the performances and the results offered by the machine itself.
Because their technology, this same system is therefore suitable for inspection of different kind of products: for instance frozen pasta.
The experience gained in Viewtech in the field of food inspection, allowed us to make these systems extremely simple to use, therefore, able to create interest in a lot of food packaging companies.
