VT2510 – IP40 / IP45 Optical Sorting Machine
This is the optical sorting machines designed for installation in dry environments, where periodic washing of the machines is not required.
The machine is equipped to carry out all the controls typically required in tray packaging lines.
The standard version, made in IP40 or IP45 protection class, includes an on-board ejector, to remove from the line the packages classified as non-compliant.

VT2167 – IP67 Optical Sorting Machine
For wet environments, white rooms or for all installations where periodic machine washing is required, Viewtech has developed the VT2167 series.
This sorting machines allows all the controls on the trays, with a configuration that allows the washing of the machine itself.
The standard version, made in IP67 protection class, includes an on-board ejector, to remove from the line the packages classified as non-compliant.

VT_RJ467 – Drop-down ejector
In case of envelope inspection (flow-pack), to ensure the correct ejection of non-conforming packages, a drop-down ejector has been developed.
This device, thanks to a movement of the conveyor belt, allows the non-compliant packages to fall into the bin below.
VT-RJ467 can be equipped with a discarded bin lock and a full sensor bin.

VT-RJ2p67 – Double ejector
When the separation of discarded products is required, by type of control (eg sealing defect and label defect), it is possible to install the double ejector, downstream of the Viewtech Optical Sorters.
VT-RJ2p67, in fact, manages different types of waste, allowing them to be separated into two different containers.
